Allen Price was engaged to manage the submission of a 35 lot subdivision in South Kiama involved working with a number of external consultants, while internally undertaking site survey, and engineering design for the future estate, as well as subdivision and Deposited plans. Planning documentation required for the approval of the subdivision was also undertaken internally. Through constant communication with the local governing bodies, this medium-density residential subdivision was ultimately granted approval. This development contributed to meet the further housing needs for the area.
