Our company was engaged to assist in the preparation of a development application at Kiama Heights for wedding receptions and other functions

We successfully assisted this client in obtaining approval to hold wedding receptions and other functions as a temporary use of land. The site has frontage to the Princes Highway on the Kiama bends and required consideration and resolution of traffic and parking matters, including the preparation of a traffic management plan, to address the concerns of Council and the TfNSW.
