Allen Price was engaged to assist in the preparation of development application for a 81-lot residential subdivision, which included the integration of a public reserve and the reconfiguration of the existing golf course at Sussex Inlet.
Our work involved addressing complex site constraints, including bushfire-prone land, flooding, and biodiversity which required working closely with other external consultants to achieve development-focused outcomes while addressing environmental challenges.
