Allen Price was commissioned to prepare and project manage a Development Application for a multi-stage, residential subdivision in South Nowra. Stage 1 consisted of 60 residential lots and Stage 2 consisted of 162 residential lots. In addition, we were tasked with preparing a Development Application for a housing exhibition display village, which included 12 dwellings, associated parking, and signage for a temporary exhibition.

We provided project management, town planning, civil engineering, and surveying services throughout all stages of the development. Our team meticulously coordinated each phase of the project to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and compliance with regulatory standards. We also facilitated stakeholder engagement and liaised with local authorities to address any challenges promptly, ensuring the project’s successful progression and completion. Stage 1 construction of the subdivision is complete. The display homes are operational and residential homes are occupied. Stage 2 is is under construction as of 2024.
