Wal is a skilled civil engineer with a focus on hydrology, water-sensitive urban design, and subdivision in the context of land development. Holding a Master of Engineering from the University of Wollongong and a Master of City Planning from the University of New South Wales, he possesses deep expertise and understanding of hydrology and urban dynamics. Wal has played a key role in delivering infrastructure projects while minimising environmental impact. He is adept at developing solutions to complex hydrological challenges, ensuring that land developments are both functional and ecologically responsible.
