Ryan is an experienced Civil Engineer who began his career as an engineering cadet in local government before transitioning to the private sector, where he focuses on land development. Well-versed in all aspects of civil design, including roads and services infrastructure, he has a particular interest and expertise in stormwater quantity and quality management systems.
Ryan is a registered Design and Building Practitioner (DBP) under the NSW Building Commission, holding the following accreditations Design Practitioner (Drainage & Civil Engineering) enabling preparation and certification of relevant design, Principal Design Practitioner providing coordination and lodgement of applications via the NSW Planning Portal, including managing multi-disciplinary teams on larger project, Professional Engineer (Civil) applying civil engineering principles to design, construction, operation and maintenance activities, including inspections and certifications
Born and raised in Wollongong, Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with First Class Honours from the University of Wollongong and is recognised on the National Engineering Register (NER) as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng). He is a passionate advocate for his clients and has served as an expert witness in Land & Environment Court proceedings, demonstrating his commitment to innovative design solutions.
