Most recently, she served as the Lead of Development Services at Shoalhaven City Council, where she developed a strong background in urban and greenfield development assessment. Rebecca has a proven track record of implementing innovative planning strategies to deliver efficient, client-focused solutions for residential subdivisions, residential flat buildings, and concept development applications.
