Allen Price was engaged to assist in the preparation of a development application for a retail and commercial development that included the establishment of the Nowra Officeworks store.

We assisted in the preparation of a development application that resulted in an approval for the establishment of a retail and commercial complex in a prominent location in Nowra and involved the Nowra Officeworks store, office space for State agency (NSW Community Corrections), along with several smaller retail tenancies. The site, being a prominent corner, required resolution of urban design issues, whilst the scale of the development and the end land uses, required consideration of traffic and parking matters with both Council and the Local Traffic Committee to gain a successful outcome.
