Allen Price was appointed to prepare a Development Application for a concept mixed-use development in Culburra Beach including extensive survey, detailed engineering design, town planning and project management.
Allen Price was and is still engaged in preparing a variety of plans and surveys for a large mixed-use Concept Development application subdivision including low and medium residential, industrial and commercial precincts.
Originally lodged as a Part 3A project with the Department of Planning, the lengthy development assessment process resulted in the refusal of the application, which was successfully appealed in the Land and Environment Court. Key issues included water quality, biodiversity and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage.
As we work through the pre-construction conditions of the Consent, we are currently engaged to provide ongoing town planning, surveying, engineering and project management consulting for the project and the delivery of future Development Applications under the Concept Approval.
