Warrawong Plaza Rezoning: Mixed-use Development

Warrawong is on the cusp of a major transformation with the NSW Government’s approval of the Warrawong Plaza rezoning.

This decision paves the way for a massive redevelopment project that will see the existing shopping centre site transformed into a mixed-use development with approximately 1,300 new homes, including a 15% allocation for affordable housing.

The project, led by Elanor Investors Group, will significantly increase the suburb’s density with building heights reaching up to 22 storeys.
